Anne is the co-founder of Verso Surgery Center and values each member of our practice as a second family. With a Science degree from U of T, and background marketing and surgical sales, Anne understands the products, services and clients we work with every day. For the past 10 years, she has been diligently pouring her heart and soul into developing Verso’s facial aesthetic and surgical practice, and she loves every minute of it. Anne manages the day-to-day operations while her busy husband perfects the medical and surgical details which are his specialty. This field of work is an absolute joy for Anne, and she looks forward to spending time with valued clients and colleagues each day. Seeing first hand how aesthetic medicine empowers and instills new found confidence in people every day is gratifying and fulfilling. Anna has been with Verso for about 1 ½ years. She is a graduate of Medical Office Assistant and also has a phlebotomy certification. She also assists in the OR on surgical days by doing OR room turnaround and cleans surgical instruments after every surgery. When she is not in the OR, she is at her desk doing surgical bookings, appointments bookings and also arranging any lab test and diagnostic imaging for patients. She loves being part of Verso! She is dedicated and motivated to deliver client centered care. Streamlining each client’s journey to discovering their true beauty has become her specialty with the help of her colleagues. She is a car enthusiast and attends car meets which she enjoys going with her 2 kids. When she is not living on the fast lane, she stays home with her family and enjoys watching scary movies and Disney movies with their dog Kali, the latest addition in their family!

Melissa McFadden, Hons. B.Sc., M.Sc. (Audiology), Reg. CASLPO is a Licensed Audiologist and owner of the Halton Hearing Centre. She has worked closely with Dr. Kolenda since 2006. As Dr. Kolenda is a world-renown Head & Neck Surgeon, she is the friendly face patients see when they are scheduled for hearing assessments, eustachian tube dysfunction testing, and hearing technology consultations. She specializes in discreet premium hearing aid technology, and she is always working to further her knowledge about best practices and product advancements to provide the best recommendations and patient care.

She is an avid baker who is known for her coconut cupcakes and carrot cake (Verso staff favorites!). When she is not at work, she is spending time with her fur-baby, a Havanese named Sadie.

Ina Belu is an integral part of the team and key to maintaining our exceptional levels of safety and service excellence. She is an infection control and prevention specialist nurse who partners with us on a regular basis and we’re thrilled to have her expertise inform not only the creation and planning of our facility but the consistent, safe management of a practice that not only meets but exceeds medical standards. Through providing annual staff seminars and re-training, she helps to keep us all on our toes, with the most up-to-date practices and information. Verso Surgery Centre is unparalleled in cleanliness and professionalism, in part because Dr Kolenda will accept nothing less.

Veronica Pascu is our senior medical aesthetician. She is incredibly passionate and experienced as a cosmetic surgery consultant, and in all areas of aesthetic treatment, but her specialty is laser technology and IPL. Veronica’s patients sometimes refer to her as the queen of IPL, C02 and laser hair removal! With over 17 years of practice experience in her field, she’s also an expert Laser trainer and supervisor. Veronica draws on her business degree and Medical Aesthetic International Diploma to guide her practice, teaching, and to help her clients reveal their natural beauty while building confidence. A busy mother of 2 children, Veronica enjoys spending her work days with an equally passionate and positive work family, balanced with plenty of quality family time. Nancy is a patient care coordinator and phlebotomist at Verso. She values the opportunity to play a part in her client’s transformative journeys to self-improvement. Each day, meeting new people and helping them feel great about themselves is continually rewarding and makes her work fun. Nancy has been with us since 2012 and has a fantastic, gentle approach towards all of our patients which makes them feel right at home and at ease with us. Our patients love Nancy’s gentle and friendly approach, and we’re so grateful that she knows just how to put people at ease. Nancy is a natural caregiver and friend to all she meets, and we think you’ll love her too.

Shay is a medical aesthetician and skin care specialist as well as social media coordinator and office administrator. She wears many valuable hats and has been a key member at Verso Surgery for over two years now. Shay is passionate about her work in this industry and is forever seeking ways to improve her knowledge in order to benefit her clients. She is certified as an eyelash technician and trained in cosmetic tattooing, chemical peels, microdermabrasian and other non-surgical skin rejuvenation treatments.

Shay enjoys meeting new clients and working alongside a talented and friendly crew, but when she is not at Verso she loves spending time with her family, keeping active outdoors and heading to the gym. She looks forward to meeting you!

Angela BScN, CCRN is nurse injector and our operating room manager. Our state-of-the-art level 3 OHP surgical centre is an exceptional practice environment, fully certified for the administration of general anaesthesia and home to a well-orchestrated team of its own.

Angela thrives in the high-demand Verso Surgery environment and loves to assist patients throughout their transformative journey as they pursue their best selves. Angela values the opportunity to spend each day surrounded by a hardworking team of professionals who also appreciate the highest level of care.

Nedine is a certified MDR Technician and Phlebotomist. She has been with Verso Surgery Centre for over 4 years and she is the face you will see when scheduling your surgery with Dr. Kolenda. Her goal is to make every patient’s surgical journey as comfortable and easy as possible. Her favourite part of the job is working with a genuine team that has turned into her second family. When she’s not in the clinic helping patients, you can find her at the gym or with her instant pot.
